Prepare an emulsion with extra virgin olive oil, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, and salt.
Rinse the prawns under running water and cut off the whiskers.
Arrange the prawns in a baking dish and pour the prepared emulsion over them.
Cook in the oven at 170 degrees for 5 minutes.
Add the Vernaccia and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
