Preparation

Remove the hamburger from the refrigerator about 1 hour before using it.

Sauté the mushrooms in a pan with oil for a few minutes.

Lightly grease a non-stick pan with extra virgin olive oil and heat it well.

Place the hamburger in the pan and cook it for about 4 minutes on each side, turning it only once.

Meanwhile, briefly brown the guanciale in extra virgin olive oil.

Cut the bun in half and heat it in the pan for a few seconds on the cut side.

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun.

Add the iceberg lettuce and mushrooms.
