Ingredients
- Rice flour

250mL250mL - Dry yeast granules

1teaspoon1teaspoon - Mozzarella
400g400g - Gluten-free cooked ham
200g200g - Tomato puree
200g200g - Oreganoto taste

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour with the yeast.

Add the lukewarm water and oil, mixing well until you get a homogeneous dough.

Cover with a damp cloth and let rise for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 220°C.

Roll out the dough on a previously oiled baking sheet, forming a circle. Spread the tomato puree on the dough, add salt, pepper, and oregano to taste.
