Preparation

Remove the crust from the slices of white bread and cut each slice into four parts

Arrange all the small squares on a slightly greased baking tray after spreading them with: a teaspoon of ready-made tomato pulp, a pinch of salt, a slice of mozzarella, a sprinkle of oregano, a dash of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Bake in a hot oven for about ten minutes
