
Sfincione
Sfincione is a very tasty Sicilian pizza, typical of the city of Palermo. It is characterized by a layer of soft and spongy bread, topped with tomato sauce, caciocavallo cheese, anchovies, onions, and a generous drizzle of olive oil. - Peeled tomatoes
500G500G - Caciocavallo cheese
100G100G - Anchovies

Preparation

Roll out the leavened bread dough (appropriately purchased from the baker) and then place it in a well-oiled baking tray

Sprinkle it with chopped peeled tomatoes, sliced onion, chopped anchovies, grated caciocavallo cheese, salt, pepper, and oil

Meanwhile, preheat the oven, and when it reaches a temperature of 260 degrees, you can place the tray with the sfincione inside

Bake for about 35 minutes
