Eggplants, Sicilian tomato sauce, nocellara etnea green olives, celery, carrots, Sicilian onion, capers, wine vinegar, Cutrera selection extra virgin olive oil, sugar, basil, Sicilian sea salt, oregano from the Iblei mountains.
