Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Heat the basil oil and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the cherry tomatoes, reduce the heat to medium, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in the Pepper Jack cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
When the cheese begins to melt, add the cooked pasta.
Season with fresh basil and serve.
