Lactose-free mozzarella is made from our lactose-free buffalo milk, lactose-free milk, salt, and rennet. The milk used is the same as that used to produce traditional buffalo mozzarella; for this reason, the flavor remains identical. The difference occurs during production, where the milk is treated to remove lactose. The need to produce lactose-free mozzarella arises to allow intolerant individuals to consume mozzarella or dishes made from it, but not only! It is also indicated for those who frequently and excessively consume dairy products. It is available in round shape, aversana, bocconcini, pieces, or braid, starting from a minimum of 100g up to a maximum of 3 kg, available exclusively on order. To enjoy it at its best, especially in particularly cold periods, as mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently warming it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the entire pack in warm water for about 15 minutes. Milk origin: Italy.
