The milk is the same used to produce traditional buffalo mozzarella, which is why the flavor remains identical. The difference occurs during the production phase where the milk is delactosed. The need to produce lactose-free mozzarella arises to allow intolerant individuals to consume mozzarella or dishes made with it, but not only! It is also indicated for those who frequently and excessively consume dairy products. It is available in round, aversana, bocconcini, bites, or braid forms, starting from a minimum of 100g up to a maximum of 3 kg, available exclusively by order. To enjoy it at its best, during particularly cold periods, as mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at around 28-30°C, we recommend gently warming it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the entire bag in warm water for about 15 minutes.
